You are responsible for ensuring that using the Service is legal in your jurisdiction. Some features (e.g. crypto trading via affiliate links) may be restricted in your country.

You are responsible for keeping your password and 2FA codes confidential.

Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse rate limits, or engage in fraudulent activity.

CryptoPulse24 provides market data, analytics, signals, AI commentary, and educational content. None of it is financial, legal, tax, or investment advice.

Crypto markets are volatile and risky. You may lose your entire investment. Always do your own research and consult a licensed advisor before making financial decisions.

Past performance shown in our charts, leaderboards, or backtests does not guarantee future results.

AI-generated text (Pulse AI) can be inaccurate or misleading. Verify any specific claim against an independent source before acting on it.

Don't scrape the site at high volume or attempt to exhaust our APIs. We rate-limit and will ban abusive IPs.

Don't reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract our proprietary scoring algorithms.

Don't post unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or hateful content in any community-facing area.

Don't use the Service to launder funds, evade sanctions, or facilitate any illegal activity.

Don't attempt to impersonate other users, our staff, or any third party.

Core features are and will remain free forever — coin prices, charts, heatmaps, signals, AI chat, lessons, watchlist, and more.

An optional Pro tier ($9/mo or $79/year) adds priority alerts, higher API quota, and concierge onboarding. Cancel anytime; access continues to the end of the paid period.

We reserve the right to adjust the boundary between Free and Pro features with reasonable notice.

Some features link to third-party exchanges, brokers, or services. We may receive an affiliate commission if you sign up through these links — this never costs you extra.

We are not responsible for the conduct, content, or terms of third-party services. Read their terms before depositing funds.

The CryptoPulse24 name, logo, design, code, copy, lesson content, and proprietary scoring algorithms are owned by us and protected by copyright and trademark law.

You may share screenshots and short excerpts for personal, non-commercial use with attribution.

Coin logos, exchange names, and market data sourced from third parties remain the property of their respective owners (see /legal/data-sources for attribution).

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We do not warrant that data is accurate, real-time, complete, or uninterrupted. Market feeds depend on third-party APIs that can fail or lag.

We do not warrant that the Service will be free of bugs, security vulnerabilities, or downtime.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CryptoPulse24 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service.

This includes but is not limited to: trading losses, missed opportunities, data inaccuracies, downtime, lost profits, lost data, or third-party actions.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the greater of (a) what you paid us in the 12 months prior, or (b) USD 100.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.

You can delete your account anytime from the Profile page.

We can suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, with or without notice depending on severity.

Provisions that by their nature should survive (Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property, Indemnification, Governing Law) survive termination.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page is the most recent revision.

If the change is material we will notify you in-app or by email. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Karachi, Pakistan, except where local consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim in your home country.
